Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions define the framework under which Rasma provides its services, and are binding on the second party (the client) upon contracting or requesting any of our services. By using the Rasma website you agree to the following terms.

Scope of services

Services are provided as agreed in writing in the initial technical and financial proposal or the final contract, including details, timelines, and costs. Any additional modifications or requests outside the agreed scope are treated as a new service and may incur an additional cost.

Fees and payment

The total cost is clearly defined in the initial or final technical and financial proposal. If payment is delayed by more than 7 days after the due date, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend work or apply late fees.

  • A 60% upfront deposit of the total project cost to start work, unless a different percentage is agreed in the proposal or contract.
  • The remaining balance is paid according to delivery milestones or upon completion.
  • A defined number of review rounds (stated explicitly in the proposal/contract).
  • A free 30-day warranty after delivery.

Execution and delivery time

The company adheres to the defined timelines as far as possible, provided the client supplies the necessary data and approvals on time. Delays caused by the client (such as late approvals or required materials) are not attributed to the company.

Intellectual property rights

All designs and deliverables remain the property of Rasma until the final payment is received. After full settlement, usage rights transfer to the client, while the company retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed. The site content — including text, images, logos, and published code — belongs to Rasma and is protected by intellectual property rights; commercial reuse is not permitted without written permission.

Forms and communication

Rasma undertakes to handle all submitted forms confidentially and not to sell data to any third party. Replies are usually made within 24 business hours.

Cancellation and refunds

If the client cancels the project, the first payment is applied against the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any excess amounts are refunded within 14 business days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Libya. Any dispute is resolved amicably first, and failing that, referred to the competent courts in Tripoli.
