The client may cancel the project before it starts; if a prepayment was made, it is refunded after deducting any actual expenses incurred. If work has started, the company may retain part of the dues based on the volume of work completed.
Limitation of liability
The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the provided services. The company is also not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Libya, and any dispute arising from the contract is resolved through the competent legal channels in Libya.
